Qualifications/Skills Required: Diploma and 12 months of work experience or at least 3 years of work experience.

Job title: chef de partie

Organise and prepare all mise en place for the section.

Liaise with head chef and sous chefs on any specials and events.

Prepare food to high consistent standard.

Organise stock control and rotation.

Prepare stocktake.

Organise ordering list for head chef.

Work hygienically according to current food safety standards.

Receive and store deliveries.

Cook on a variety of sections.

Work well in a team and be a team player communicate well with others.

Work with training new team members.

Work well under pressure to expected deadlines.

Help with maintaining clean kitchen following.
