A fult-time Pastry Cook is required for our Cranbourne location.

Preparing and baking cakes, cookies, pies or dessert according to the recipe.

Measuring ingredients using cups and spoons.

Shape doughs for Cookies, Pies, and fancy pastries, using pie dough roller and cookie cutters or by hand.

Decorating and masking the cake according to the demand.

Blend colours for icing and for shaped statuaries.

Specialise in preparing in one or more type of pastries or dessert.

To be eligible for this position, ideally you have the following:

Trade Qualifications in Pastry cooking field
A minimum of one - two years’ of commercial work experience in the relevant field
Adequate knowledge on contemporary western pastry/desserts items
Good Communication Skillls/Be Team Player
