HP Trading Group Pty Ltd is looking for a talented FOH/Kitchen team for our brand-new beautiful venue Bistrol Sol, Holiday INN in Townsville Queensland.

The operations extend from Breakfast, lunch and dinner to weekend and functions.

Chef, Cook, Restaurant Manager, Administration officer, Barista, Water/Waitresses (Full Time, Part time & Casuals)

Chef, Cook

a minimum of 1-year full time of restaurant experience

Prepare, cook and serve food in accordance with menus

Ensuring high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times

Collaborate with owners in developing the menu and creating new recipes

Provide a safe working environment in the kitchen and back of house areas

Accepting deliveries and checking invoices, weight and dates of product

To act in accordance with the Company's Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Workplace, Health & Safety and Quality Assurance programs and guidelines

Breakfast ,Lunch, Dinner experience is a must. Pastry skills would be a plus.

FOH:

Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service

COFFEE & BAR TENDING skills would be a plus

Barista experience is preferred for coffee preparation and service

Cocktail experience is preferred for beverage preparation and bar service

Previous A La Carte restaurant/bar experience which include tray service and handling large volumes of tables

FOH positions require a minimum of 6-12 months of A La Carte restaurant experience.

Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling

A good understanding of wine, its service and recommendations to guests

A current RSA

Willingness to undergo our specified training program

Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
