We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property and ensure an exceptional experience for all guests. Task & responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the motel
• Oversee front desk, reservations, and guest check-in/check-out processes
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance staff
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the property
• Maintain records, bookings, and financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Qualification & experience

• Previous experience in motel, hotel, or hospitality management preferred
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Certificate III or Certicate IV a Hospitality Management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Relevant hospitality qualification (preferred but not mandatory)
